Born and bred in East London, Gavin's culinary journey spans prestigious kitchens, including The Hut and The Garrison, earning him accolades such as the Michelin Bib Gourmand, as well as competing on MasterChef.
Embracing the vibrant community of East London, Gavin has curated a menu showcasing local, ethical, and sustainable ingredients and practices. From 'homemade sourdough with wild garlic' to 'British Market Fish Over Coals', each dish embodies Barge East's ethos, utilizing trim, offcuts, and locally sourced produce.
