What You'll Do

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including stock management, cost control & drinks menu development

Work with the General Manager to implement growth strategies

Recruit and onboard FOH staff

Manage performance, productivity & P&L

Build relationships with key suppliers

Ensure compliance with company policies
