FAQ’S
The majority of our gardens is covered and we will allocate all bookings a covered area. We have heaters throughout the venue. We are by the river so it can get chilly, especially with the unpredictable British weather, we do recommend bringing a warm jacket / coat as we are an outdoor venue.
We try our hardest to cater for all dietary requirements and take the utmost care to do so. Unfortunately we cannot cater for coeliacs due to our airstream being an outdoor kitchen with open windows, however ceoliac guests can book for our restaurant >
We have a variety of veggie, vegan and gluten free options available on our street kitchen’s, street food menu. Simply look out for the ‘V’ and ‘VN’ or ‘GF’ lettering at the end of a dish on our menu. You can find our menus here >
If you have a dietary requirement, we ask that you leave a note when booking so our chefs are aware when cooking your meal.
Our gardens save 30% of it's tables for walk-ins every day, the last walk-in time is 9:15pm, with our venue closing at 10pm. There may be a small wait to be seated, especially on busy days such as Friday's, Saturday's and Bank Holiday's or when the weather is good, however we do our best to seat everyone or advise otherwise. Our gardens are covered with heaters throughout the venue.
Dogs are most welcome when making a garden booking, we simply ask that they are well behaved, don’t sit on the benches or disrupt other guests. If you bring your dog, we ask that you pick up after it when on our premises.
Groups must cancel up to 3 hours prior to the booking, a cancellation within this time will lead to us claiming the deposit. Otherwise, you only pay for your order on the day.
Large groups and private hire groups must cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours prior to the event, otherwise we reserve the right to maintain any deposit / payment made.
